Why we will teach you

We know your problem; you want to eat healthier but you never worked in fast food or anything. And now here you are, a young adult, and now you have no idea what you are doing or how to get started. Your parents might be able to help but they might be too far, plus do you really want to hear another speech about “personal responsibility”? Your friends may know a thing or two about cooking, but they are probably really busy like you. In addition, they might make fun of your horrible cooking if they know you well enough. Sure, you could just try relying on yourself like a lone wolf. But trust me when I say that this path is very challenging. And you should also trust me when I say that you don’t want to just start learning how to cook while also suffering from the “keto flu” (more on that on the “about keto” page). Well, look no further than Hannibal’s Cooking Show. We are here to provide you with the basic cooking knowledge that you need to survive this diet. We will introduce you to a 3-course meal. It will consist of a salad, chicken and chocolate chip cookies. Once you learn how to make this meal you won't have to constantly rely on eggs to help fill you up. However, be aware that we can lead a horse to water, but we can’t make it drink. That being said we can only help you if you want to help yourself. That means you have to stick with it as much as you can. Now, if you think you can do that, then you can now be one of the cool new young adults that can walk around with pride and say “I’m on the keto diet!” It will be a very prideful moment in your life. Needless to mention you will lose a lot of weight and feel a lot better about yourself. With that being said you should also be warned that if you need transition into this at your own pace, feel free to do that to. Remember change doesn’t happen overnight. Sometimes transitioning slowly is a better idea. For instance, if you eat sugars regularly you might want to first get in the habit of cutting those out of your life. Then you might want to move onto the keto diet. No matter what the challenge may be, we are here for you!
